If you are requesting a change the scope of HERS requirements for any reason, please be advised that the energy codes and HERS have almost zero tolerances for changes once issued and construction underway. HERS is a fully integrated and comprehensive process so a request to review one variable REQUIRES a full review of (1) the original reports, (2) your requested change, (3) where exactly you are in the construction process (e.g. weather tight shell, rough mechanicals), (4) all the other critical variables (e.g. did you order the correct windows) BEFORE and HERS related change can be evaluated. This form is to make the formal review request and to give us information needed to assist you. We reserve the right to charge an extra for any evaluations submitted.
