Due to increasing workloads on HERS Raters, we require at least 10 business days notice of the following: 1) need for a PRELIMINARY HERS RATING (full plans must be given to HERS Rater before this starts), 2) MIDPOINT INSPECTION of insulation, air barrier/sealing, installed windows and mechanical systems, 3) requests for REVISIONS TO HERS REPORTS or evaluation of major changes (must be in an email - no texts or phone calls), 4) FINAL INSPECTIONS AND TESTING for the CO.
EXPEDITIED SERVICES, EXTRAS
Due to increased workloads and regulatory requirements, we may be able to expedite preliminary reports and final tests and reports with less than 10 days notice of a request for an ADDITIONAL FEE.

YOU MUST CONTACT US ONE WEEK BEFORE INSULATION START DATE SO WE CAN SCHEDULE A REQUIRED MIDPOINT INSPECTION. If you do not, this may jeopardize final HERS and testing results and result in a loss of utility company incentives and subsidies plus an additional charges.
